Best of the Northwest Gala 2016

Join us for the 2016 Best of the Northwest Gala, “You Should Dream,” honoring Ron & Connie Hickman. The gala evening will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday, September 23 at Champions Golf Club. The evening will feature a delicious dinner by Champions, live entertainment, live & silent auctions, and a raffle.

The 2016 Best of the Northwest Gala is sponsored by The Centrum Arts League and chaired by Sandra Loyd.

The gala benefits Cypress Creek Foundation for the Arts and Community Enrichment or FACE. Through FACE, children are introduced to the arts through free Saturday concerts, the Family Series’ evening performances, and Klein Art Days field trips offered to all 3rd grade students of Klein ISD. FACE offers two summer strings camps for junior high orchestra students. Local college students majoring in music at the University of Houston and Sam Houston State University benefit through scholarships awarded each year. Young and old alike are entertained through the Star-Lit! Series and Promenade Series.

About Us

The Centrum Arts League formally debuted in the summer of 1998 with its mission to support the Cypress Creek Foundation for the Arts and Community Enrichment (FACE). This volunteer group, with over 150 members, raises funds each year to sponsor the Free Children’s Series, the Family Series, and our annual Focus on Education scholarships as well as helping to fund the Cypress Creek FACE operating budget.

Since it's inception, The Centrum Arts League has raised over $1,300,000 to support Cypress Creek Foundation for the Arts and Community Enrichment (FACE).
