The Pizzazz with Jazz Luncheon raises funds for four very important projects:

Scholarship Fund - Each year two students are selected from the University of Houston and Sam Houston State University to receive scholarships. Two students will receive $2,000 each. One student at the University of Houston will receive the J. Kent Adams Scholarship in the amount of $2,500. One student at Sam Houston State University will receive the Clara Lewis Scholarship in the amount of $2,500. Funds needed: $9,000.

Free Children's Series - Cypress Creek FACE will present four performances in the 2025-2026 season that are completely free to the public. Because the concerts are free, they are attended by children of all races, ages, and income levels allowing community members the opportunity to experience a live performance, in some case, for the first time.  Funds are used for artist fees and production costs for all four performances. Funds needed: $5,000.

Promenade Series- is focused on our senior community with nine Tuesday afternoon performances. FACE strives to keep ticket prices low and donates tickets to assisted living and senior groups. Retired seniors are often no longer able to drive in the evening so providing them a daytime performance is essential. Assisted living communities are typically only available to attend mid-week, daytime concerts when staff are available to transport them. Funds needed: $5,000.

Summer Orchestra Camp Program - Cypress Creek FACE presents two camps each summer for junior high orchestra students.  Funds are used for scholarships that are given to students who are not able to afford to attend and to help pay for teacher salaries and production costs. Funds needed: $4,000.
